October Flashback

A reflection on October.

Sarasota Magazine has an article entitled “Under the Radar” by Marty Fugate (click here for article). “Far from the mainstream, a young and edgy new art scene is starting to take wing,” starts the story with sections on dance as well as visual art ventures. On page 78, Spooky-Maceo Productions is given three quarters of a page. Within the exposure is talk of all my recent endeavors as well as Matt Kelly and Marty McGuire (Jump Monkey). It’s pretty accurate and very cool. Mack B is mentioned for its second issue in a row.

The women shirts I thought were too small have proven to be a good fit. I purchased hot pink ink which finished the second run making for an awesome print. I am very happy with the way the ‘Chicken-Head’ turned out. I am currently very active with drawing and conceptualizing new images for future designs.
